Condition of participation

in the International research and practice internet forum
 
“Islamic finances under globalization”
 
1. Forms of participation in the Forum: full-time and part-time.
 
2. Full-time participation includes:
 
-the certificate of the Participant of the Forum in electronic form;
 
-publication of abstracts in the Collection of scientific works of the Forum (in electronic edition), abstracts and computer presentation of the report (if any) of the Participant on the Forum website in the presence of a positive decision of the Founder of the Conference;
 
-publication of a scientific article in the Collection of scientific works of Sevastopol state University "Economics and management: theory and practice" in the presence of a positive decision of the editorial Board of Sevastopol state University;
 
-obtaining an electronic Certificate of publication in the Collection of scientific works of the Forum (electronic edition);
 
-participation in interactive discussions of the Forum;
 
-unlimited access to the content of the forum Site.
 
3. The extramural form of participation includes:
 
-the certificate of the Participant of the Forum in electronic form;
 
-publication of a computer presentation of the report of the forum Participant with video/audio support at the Forum in the presence of a positive decision of the conference Founder;
 
-publication of abstracts on the forum Website in the presence of a positive decision of the conference Founder;
 
-publication of a scientific article in the Collection of scientific works of Sevastopol state University "Economics and management: theory and practice" in the presence of a positive decision of the editorial Board of Sevastopol state University;
 
-obtaining an electronic Certificate of publication in the Collection of scientific works of the Forum (electronic edition);
 
-unlimited access to the content of the forum Site.
 
4. Scientific works of graduate students and students are provided with the review of the supervisor.
 
5. To participate in the Forum in person/by correspondence, you must fill out an Application on the forum Website with the provision of consent to the processing of your personal data and familiarization with the License agreement, with the Terms of participation in the Forum, with confirmation of your consent to the transfer of information in electronic form of the Application (including personal data) on open communication channels of the Internet and the Agreement on photography, video/audio recording of your image.
 
6. Full-time/part-time participation in the Forum can be submitted group applications.
 
7. The beginning of accepting Applications for full-time/correspondence participation in the Forum, abstracts, computer presentations, scientific articles begins on August 1, 2018.
 
8. In case of full-time/part-time participation, the Application for participation in the Forum should be sent before October 21, 2018 (inclusive).
 
9. With full-time participation abstracts, computer presentation of the report (if any), scientific article, designed in accordance with the requirements (see paragraph 15) should be sent by one e-mail until October 21, 2018 (inclusive) to the e-mail address: org@ifsev.ru
 
With participation in absentia abstracts, computer presentation of the report with video/audio accompaniment (if any), scientific article, designed in accordance with the requirements (see paragraph 15), should be sent by one e-mail until October 21, 2018 (inclusive) to the e-mail address: org@ifsev.ru
 
10. Decisions on admission to full-time/correspondence participation in the Forum are made by the Founder of the Conference. The results are not published or commented on.
 
11. The registration fee for full-time and part-time participation in the Forum the certificate of the Participant of the Forum, the publication of abstracts and scientific articles of participants of the Forum, handouts and extra materials, Certificate of publication, Collection of scientific works of the Forum (electronic publication) is not charged.
 
12. Fees for full-time/correspondence participation in the Forum, for the publication of abstracts and scientific articles are not paid to the forum Participant.
 
13. The costs of the Forum Participants are not compensated.

15. Requirements for abstracts, computer presentations, scientific articles.
 
15.1. Requirements for abstracts:
 
15.1.1. Abstracts are available in any of the following languages: Russian, Tatar, Bashkir, English.
 
15.1.2. File name – "Abstracts of Ivanov N. N.".
 
15.1.3. The content of the abstracts should correspond to the goals and objectives of the Forum.
 
15.1.4. Abstracts should include the following elements:
 
-problem statement;
 
-analysis of recent research and publications;
 
-purpose and objectives of the study;
 
-method (s) / or methodology of the study;
 
-presentation of the main material;
 
-the results of the study, the research contributions, conclusions;
 
-limitations/directions for future research.
 
15.1.5. It is obligatory to translate the title of the scientific work, the author's name and the name of the organization into English.
 
15.1.6. At the beginning of the abstract there should be a summary (abstract) in Russian and English. Volume – from 100 to 250 words.
 
15.1.7. The main text of the abstract is typed in MS Word (text in rtf format.) using Times New Roman font size 12 PT, spacing 1,5, indentation – 0.75 cm, justified alignment, all margins of the text is 20 mm.
 
15.1.8. Formulas should be typed in the formula editor Microsoft Equation, aligned to the left (with indentation) and numbered in order (numbers are put strictly to the right). The value of the main symbols – 10 PT, large indices – 7 PT, small indices – 5 PT, large symbols – 14 PT and small symbols – 11 PT. Empty lines (before and after formulas) are not put. All variables must be typed in italics, both in formulas and inside the text. All brackets (round, square and curly), both in formulas and inside the text – should not be typed in italics.
 
15.1.9. The inscriptions in the figures are written in font 10 PT. Figure captions are written below the figure without a dot at the end, for example: "figure 1 – Structure of attracted funds".
 
15.1.10. Table titles are written above the upper left corner of the table without indentation and without a dot at the end of the title.
 
15.1.11. The list of references and sources in Russian and English can be attached to the abstracts.
 
15.1.12. The founder of the Conference reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not meet the goals and objectives of the Conference, the problems of sections of the Conference, as well as designed in violation of the requirements.
 
15.2. Requirements for computer presentations:
 
15.2.1. File name – "Presentation of the report Ivanov NN»
 
15.2.2. Computer presentations should be created using applications: MS PowerPoint 2007, MS PowerPoint 2010, MS PowerPoint 2013.
 
15.2.3. The structure, content and elements of the computer presentation are determined independently.
 
15.2.4. The font of the text, the font size of the text of the computer presentation are determined independently.
 
As paragraph 15.2.5. The ratio of text, graphic, tabular and other information of the computer presentation is not established.
 
15.2.6. Slide show and slide change modes, slide show parameters of computer presentation are set independently.
 
15.2.7. With full-time participation, a computer presentation in the automatic slide show mode with a change of slides in time should not exceed 10 (ten) minutes.
 
15.2.8. In case of absentee participation, a computer presentation with video or audio accompaniment should not exceed 10 (ten) minutes.
 
15.2.9. Animation and multimedia files can be used in a computer presentation.
 
15.2.10. The founder of the Conference reserves the right to reject computer presentations that do not meet the goals and objectives of the Forum, as well as designed in violation of the requirements.
 
15.3. Requirements for scientific articles:
 
15.3.1. Scientific articles of the conference Participant can be placed in the following sections of the Collection of scientific works of Sevastopol state University "Economics and management: theory and practice»:
 
-Economic theory.
 
-Sectoral and regional economic systems.
 
-Finance, money circulation and credit.
 
-Innovative development.
 
-Mathematical and instrumental methods in Economics.
 
15.3.2. The volume of the article should be at least 5 pages. 
 
15.3.3. Mandatory conditions of publication:
 
1) the Presence of the report system "Antiplagiat" (the originality of the text should not be less than 80%). 
 
2) the Reviewer should be a doctor of science in the specialty of the published article, work in a scientific or scientific-pedagogical organization in a University other than the place of work of the author.
 
3) the Volume of the review should be from one full to two pages.
 
4) the Signature of the reviewer must be stamped and signed by the employee of the organization in which he works.
 
5) the Review should contain full information and official contact details of the reviewer. All external reviews should be presented in the form of high-quality scanned images, as well as in printed form.
 
6) The review should be reflected:
 
-relevance of the study;
 
-the importance of scientific developments on the subject;
 
-results of the study;
 
-wishes to the authors, for example: "as wishes for further research, the development of prospects for the development of the regional road industry in the region should be supplemented with recommendations...»
 
7) the Review should end: "the Article is recommended for publication in the open press."
 
15.3.4. The review will not be returned to the editorial office.
 
15.3.5. Scientific articles should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the scientific article submitted by the editorial Board of the Collection of scientific works of Sevastopol state University "Economics and management: theory and practice".
 
15.3.6. The founder of the Conference reserves the right to reject scientific articles of The Forum participants that are not scientific in nature, do not meet the goals and objectives of the Forum, as well as designed in violation of the requirements for the design of articles.
 
16. In the case of a decision by the Founder of the Conference of refusal to the applicant in full or part-time participation in the Forum, about the refusal of the publication of report theses in Collection of scientific works of the Forum (electronic publication), abstract/computer presentations (including video/audio support) on the Forum Website, about the refusal of the publication of the article in Collection of scientific works of the Sevastopol state University "Economics and management: theory and practice" moderator of the Forum sends a message to the email address specified in the Application for participation in the Forum. Abstracts, computer presentations (including video/audio accompaniment), scientific articles are not returned.
